I had the best experience here! One of the employees that really stood out was a sweet young lady, named Maya! She was working the ninja warrior ball pit! She was so sweet and so kind to the children! She helped the children over and over to get onto different equipment! She really made this a five-star experience!

It is under amazing management with Stephanie Reed. The staff is friendly. Food is good especially the lemon pepper fries or chicken. Stephanie is always very helpful and has all of the knowledge! 10/10 if you need anything she is the best person to go to there! The park is clean and well kept. Springs seem to be in good condition and attractions look maintained. My daughter loves coming here and has since she was a baby. Always enjoyed the facility and what it offers.

Thanks Urban Air for hiring a great lady named (Kennedy)! She had the best customer service skills! She was fantastic to everyone. It was so crowded and she made everybody feel special! I will be returning with my grandchildren again. I stay in Nacogdoches but Urban Air and employees like (Kennedy ) is definitely worth the drive. Thanks 😊

We always have a great time when we take our grandkids here. There is something for everyone and it isn't a bad price. The food is good, the employees are friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend Urban Air in Tyler to anyone with children or grandchildren.

They typically open at 10 on Friday, this week they changed those hours and we didn’t realize it. Which wasn’t a big deal. We came at 12 and walked in and they told us they weren’t going to open till 1 and to come back then. At that point we saw a guy working on their zip line. We left and came back at 1:10 and the door was locked. We called and the lady said they were working on their zip line and no one could come in till they were done. I asked why we weren’t told to call or come back later when we came in at 12? No answer. Then I nicely asked for her to give me an idea of how long, 5 minutes, 5 hours? Anything. Her response was, “I have no idea how long it’ll be, but you cannot come in until we are done.” So we left and headed to ijump.

We had the best time on a Wednesday afternoon/evening. We celebrated a birthday with a 1, 2, 3 year old and my three older daughters and it was such a fun way to spend time together - and out of the sun! The kids loved it!
